Office Administrator.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high attention to detail, good numerical ability, and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Excel.

This role is a key support role to the Office Manager and Punctuality and attendance are a must in this role.

Main Duties:

Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparation of relevant documentation, gathering information and dealing with customers.

Arranging viewings by scheduling appointments with clients and customers.

Mandatory Skills:

Clear and pleasant telephone manner.

Candidate must have fluent English both spoken and written

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong IT Skills essential (Microsoft Office suite)

Maintaining Filing System and Databases

Performing Data Entry, filing and general ad-hoc duties

Two years exp in Office Administrator role
