We currently have a vacancy in our Monaghan office for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator, with accounts experience. The role may also suit someone looking for a four-day working week.

Typically the candidate will be expected to undertake and assist with the following duties:

  • First point of contact for all visitors.
  • Reception tasks to include managing a busy switchboard, handling customer enquiries, and taking payments.
  • Accounts tasks to include processing customer invoices, credit notes and handling customer queries.
  • Maintaining the reception area and meeting spaces
  • Preparation and proofing of documentation and reports, including collation and formatting of same.
  • Responsibility for maintaining office supplies and contracts.
  • Partnering with the IT & HR team to coordinate new starter onboarding.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • To be a self-starter with the ability to work on one's own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail & forward planning.
  • Capacity for problem-solving, and multi-tasking in a highly dynamic and fast paced business environment
  • Ability to develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong computer and software skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Customer focused individual with a can do attitude
