Writech Industrial Services Ltd. has expanded its service and maintenance business and is growing each year using detailed quality control and innovation. Due to continued growth in our Service business we are recruiting a new Service coordinator to join the team. This team is responsible for all technical, service and maintenance calls.

THE ROLE: Based in our service department in Mullingar Co. Westmeath. This department is a busy department and due to breakdowns and emergency calls, quick reactions and efficient working is essential. The role involves significant interaction with our servicing personnel, suppliers and customers. This position is demanding with a large cross section of responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate: This role is perfect for a person who is organised and accurate. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and demonstrate a defined sense of urgency. They should also be methodical in all areas of their work, have excellent computer skills and enjoy a busy and motivated office environment. 2 years office experience essential. Fluency in English is a requirement for this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysing incoming reports, data input and issuing conclusion reports
  • Managing customer expectations.
  • Reviewing of Reports and Compiling Quotations
  • Scheduling of Jobs for Site Technicians
  • Taking Calls from Customers and Technicians
  • Ordering of Parts
  • Compiling Monthly Reports
  • Issuing of new contracts
  • Updating online records
  • Costing of various parts for job cards.
  • Assisting the service manager on project scheduling and other administrative duties.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 17:00pm (Some Saturday overtime may be required)
