We are currently partnering with a global Information Security Provider in their search for Four talented Support Analysts. This role has come about due to new project engagement and are new positions within a rapidly growing organisation.

Reporting into the Global Channel Operations Manager you will be responsible for the rolling out a successful transition from the company’s existing quoting tools to a new CPQ tool. The individual will support roll-out, go-live and stabilization of this project.

The Job:

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful roll-out of multiple systems within a tight deadline.
  • Own key tasks such as script testing, training documentation creation and process creation.
  • Engage directly with our distributors and partners to train them on the new systems.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate in an organized and timely manner.
